As a licensed residential builder, he takes into account the customer’s lifestyle along with the utilization of space for functionality and sustainability. Understanding the customer's overall vision allows Evan to create a construction plan that can be built in phases to achieve the final goal.

Cameron is a lead project foreman. His leadership role motivates the crew on-site to work safely and effectively to achieve the task at hand. Customer satisfaction and project completions are his main focus. Cameron is also in charge of Earth Works' online presence; he manages the website and social media.
